Our private and semi-private dining options at The Aperture are primarily based on the size of your party. While this may create some limitations based on the number of guests, we want to ensure that you and your guests are comfortable, and able to enjoy the full extent of our menu offerings and hospitality. As you consider what is best for your party, please note the guest capacity for each option below.

The main dining room of The Aperture is set daily to accommodate parties of up to 6. With advance notice we are able to host parties of 8-12 with a pre-fixe dining experience. You can opt to enjoy our seasonal dishes with an individualized tasting menu, or a communal menu where all dishes are presented to the table in a family-style format.
We offer four-course and five-course menus for you to curate from our seasonal offerings.
Wine pairings - curated by our Wine Director, Kyla Mains - are available to complement your experience. A la carte selections are also available, including our current cocktails, wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Party Size: 8-12 guest
Menu: Four-Course or Five-Course, inclusive of dessert.
Beverages: A la carte, optional wine pairing to accompany each course.

For parties greater than 12, we are able to host you in our semi-private dining room - “The Library” - an intimate space ready to accommodate up to 20 guests. Located at the far end of our dining room, and separated by elegant curtains, you and your guests will find the space perfect for social gatherings, intimate dinners, business occasions, and other causes for celebration.
Our Director of Private Events, Jack Kirr, will work with you to curate the five-course pre-fixe menu selected from our current seasonal offerings. A la carte beverages are available from our full-service bar, along with our current beer, wine, and cocktail menu provided for guest selection. We welcome you to enhance your experience with wine pairings curated by our Wine Director, Kyla Mains, with an additional fee based on your selections.
On the weekends we offer seating within two time frames, the early seating starting at 5 - 8pm, or the late seating from 8 - 11pm. Wednesday and Thursday we offer one seating 3 hour seating between 5 - 10pm, to begin at your chosen start time.

We do not charge a room fee for the reservation of the “Library”. However, there is a food and beverage minimum that varies depending on the day of service.

For a unique and memorable event with up to 65 guests, we offer the entirety of the restaurant for a private dining experience tailored to your occasion.
Our buy-out experiences feature a five-course, family-style menu, intended to present a communal dining experience for you and your guests.
In collaboration with the Wine Director, Kyla Mains, and Bar Director, Amy Gray, we will work with you to curate a beverage menu including expertly crafted cocktails, select wine pairings, and non-alcoholic options. For more customized beverages, please inquire about our personalized drink package.
Depending on the needs of your event, our Director of Private Events, Jack Kirr, will work with you to source amenities that complement your experience within the network of our preferred partners.

We recommend booking large parties and semi-private dining at least one week in advance; however, for parties of up to six guests, we may be able to accommodate for a day-of request.
Full restaurant buy-outs require at least a two week notice for a standard package, and four weeks for customized events.
Please note this is also subject to the size of the party, and which day of the week is requested or preferred.

The Aperture is with ADA requirements. Our double doors at the main entrance have a beveled threshold, and there are no steps within the restaurant. There are built-in slopes in our main entrance and hallway to the restrooms. Our restrooms are wheelchair accessible with grab rails.

A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking for all private dining experiences to be applied toward the final bill. For parties of 8 or more there is a 20% gratuity to be added to the final bill. With all events there is a 3% service fee that will be added to the final bill.

A paid parking lot is available behind our build - Paramount Square - just a short walk from The Aperture’s front doors. Street parking is also available on Gilbert Ave. and E. McMillan. Our Director of Private Events, Jack Kirr, will send a graphic of the parking area to the event point of contact. We also are able to include guest parking into your private event package upon request.

We always want to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, and are able to accommodate a variety of allergies and dietary restrictions. However, we do require advance notice for any necessary accommodations within your party in order to ensure that the menu is prepared or modified as needed. Upon booking your event, please inform us of any dietary or allergy concerns so that we can plan accordingly.
