Etxe at Aperture – A Culinary Residency
Beginning October 5, Sundays & Mondays only

This fall, Aperture welcomes Etxe (pronounced et-chay), an immersive culinary residency from Chef David Matern and Beverage Director Heather Brady.

Etxe, which means “home” in Basque, brings the warmth of gathering around a table to an elegant, modern setting. Inspired by their travels through Spain’s Basque region, Matern and Brady are creating an experience where bold, wood-fired dishes meet curated old-world wines and inventive cocktails.

While Etxe builds out their forever home, this limited-time residency transforms Aperture every Sunday and Monday into the home of one of Cincinnati’s most anticipated new restaurants. Guests will enjoy Basque-inspired tapas, steaks for the table, and seasonal dishes that balance refinement with soul.
