About the experience

The Aperture and ETXE invite you to join us for a very special New Year’s Eve celebration; one that will highlight both concepts and ensure the highest form of celebration to end 2025. We will be featuring a collaborative, seven-course tasting menu that brings the best of both worlds together in one space - showcasing the early stages of ETXE’s journey, while simultaneously celebrating The Aperture’s two-year anniversary.

Our New Year’s Eve experience focuses on the numerous coastal influences that define The Aperture and ETXE - Spain, Basque Country, and the broader Mediterranean region, both in terms of food and beverages. All of this is made possible by our collective and individual talent - Kyla Mains (The Aperture) and Heather Brady (ETXE) have put together world-class wine pairings, while Chef Scotty Roberson & Jordan Anthony Brown (The Aperture) and Chef David Matern (ETXE), have paired together on a menu that you don’t want to miss.

Tickets for this experience are $175 per guest, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $75 per guest. While we do plan to have a dedicated vegetarian tasting menu available, please note that, given the nature of the nature of this experience, other allergy and dietary modifications may be limited, and require advance notice to ensure that they can be reasonably accommodated.
